The villa we stayed in during our city trip was amazing! It was much better than what we expected and the size of the villa was huge. We were instantly refreshed by the natural surroundings of the property, which was filled with an abundance of plants and trees. the staff was very welcoming, prompt and courteous, which added to our pleasant experience.

We would've preferred if the food was of better quality. Even though the buffet food was great, the in-room dining menu could have been extended so that we had more options to choose from.

Room service food needs improvement.

The view from the room was breathtaking and there were plenty of activities to do nearby like trekking and bird watching. The room itself was spacious and clean. Plus, the breakfast spread was amazing with a lot of healthy options that I enjoyed.

There were only a few staff members to handle all the guests and they were unresponsive to our requests. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable.
